Cat and goldfish

The cat has been staring into the fishbowl for an hour, hoping the fish will get scared. No luck: the goldfish swam right up to the glass and is looking at the cat like it has seen scarier things. Who will blink first?

The fish can be orange or gold, the water light blue and the stool brown. The cat can be any color. Big spaces, for kids ages 3 and up.
