A bow on the mermaid's tail

The mermaid looks back over her shoulder and finds the tip of her tail tied in a bow. A strand of kelp managed it while she was facing the other way, and made a tidy job of it. Whether to undo it, she has not yet decided.

Make the bow bright — it is the point of the picture. Coloring every other scale in a second color looks wonderful on this tail. Keep the hair pale.
