Birds untangling a rainbow

This rainbow has come out badly wrong: the stripes have crossed over each other and tied themselves into a knot. Two birds have taken an end each and are pulling in opposite directions. So far the knot is only getting tighter.

The fun here is tracing each stripe from one end to the other and giving it a single color — it turns into a puzzle. Make the birds different so you can see who is on which end.
