Christmas tree with a squirrel

There's no ornament store in the forest, so the squirrel came up with another plan. It tied acorns onto strings and is hanging them on the branches of a little fir tree. The tree looks very festive, and the winter snacks are always within reach.

The fir is dark green with white snow on its branches, the acorns brown with darker caps, and the squirrel red-brown. There are lots of needles, so this page suits kids ages 5 and up.
