Kitten in a gift box

Someone opened a present, and instead of a toy, there was a kitten inside. It pushed up the lid with the bow using its head and is glancing sideways, as if it's the most surprised one of all. Scraps of wrapping paper are scattered around.

The box can be red or green, the bow gold, and the kitten any color you like. The paper scraps can be colorful. Very big, simple spaces, perfect for two- and three-year-olds.
